There are no card charges for bookings made over the phone.

Concessions
The concession rate applies to:
Child aged 2 years and over
Students - All second and third level students
Senior Citizens - adults aged 65 and over
Group Discounts
Group discounts for groups of 10 or more are available on a number of shows
Reservations*
Reservations will be held until two days before the show, at which point unpaid reservations will be automatically cancelled.
Refunds
Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable unless you inform the box office before 5pm on the day before the performance. On the day of or after the show, tickets are not refundable.
Latecomers
Don't miss part of the show! Make sure you double check the performance start time.
Latecomers may not be admitted until an appropriate break in the performance. On some
occasions the performing company may specify no late comers at all so be sure to arrive at
least 15 minutes before start time to avoid disappointment.
